State Route 154 (San Marcos Pass to Foxen Canyon)
Our ride started with a bang, as we all scurried up Old San Marcos and continued along the 154 over the San Marcos Pass and past Lake Cachuma to Foxen Canyon. We bypassed part of the highway at Kinevan, wrapping around past Cold Springs Tavern, crossing under the Cold Springs bridge, and popping back out at Stagecoach Road. We stopped briefly at the turnoff for Foxen Canyon before continuing on to the Fess Parker Winery for lunch.
