8th Annual Carpinteria Triathlon (September 25, 2005)

The big day has arrived. Kimberly raced the 500m swim, 15k bike and 5k run in a total time of 1:29:44, placing her 13th out of 19 in her age group. She had a great time and is already planning her training for an Ironman!

Her very unofficial splits have the starting the swim at 8:05:48 and entering the transition at 8:19:44, then starting the bike leg at 8:22:08 and returning at 8:59:05, and starting the run at 9:02:26 and crossing the finish line at 9:35:23.
