Due to my injury, I volunteered to drive SAG for the Echelon north county ride this past weekend. 65 miles from Santa Ynez to Arroyo Grande over a mostly flat route, casual pace, end of season ride. It killed me to be missing it, so I threw my bike on the car and brought it with me just in case and also took the trainer so I could get my own workout in later.
