1. WOW! Good ride. I did a little more than 9k feet in about 5 hours and 86 miles today. Feel broken.

2. I probably shouldn’t have done the regular ride first. 2 hours and 30 relatively flat miles before I went into the mountains. I rode out to Thousand Oaks today (to vist Kim’s parents) via Casitas, Santa Paula and Balcom Canyon, and topped it off with Mullholland Highway for about 8 grand today, but it took nearly 120 miles with all the boring flat stuff in between…
